You have just encapsulated so much of what has been occurring in my life of late. My desire to change is more internal, in that once I transition, I plan to keep wearing flannelette shirts and jeans in winter and polo shirts and shorts in summer, but I have long felt like a fish out of water as a male. I have started removing my body hair and have come out to a few of my doctors and they have been supportive. I will be starting with a counselling social worker and plan to have an orchiectomy after a few months on testosterone blockers.
