Rather than losing a follower, in me, you have found one, and I say this. In my native Australia, there is a STUPID politician by the name of Pauline Hanson. She is anti virtually anything good about Australia and she made the idiotic comment, when opposing multiculturalism, of suggesting that Bosnia is an example of the failure of multiculturalism. While that may be true, Bosnia is an extreme example. I remember, when I went to school, there was a Serbian and a Croatian in my Year Ten Form class. They even lived a few doors down from each other and heir families were friendly, even though, back in the former Yugoslavia, two years later, they might have faced each other down the barrel of a gun. The man whose song Hanson used to launch her party without his permission, Bruce Woodley, has said that he has met people who say that they have been in countries at war against each other, but come to Australia, and met as friends.

The point is, extremists cherry-pick extreme examples to attempt to make tenuous points.

The reality is, transwomen are more likely to be subjected to violence than to perpetrate it. And, let us not forget that MOST PEOPLE who engage in transphobic bullying, even as simple as calling a transitioning person a freak, are self-loathing. What they're really saying is, "I wish I had the courage to live authentically."

The argument that transwomen are invading women's spaces is a nonsense, and I compare it to an article where a Chinese-Australian writer asked why people had to be referred to as Chinese-Australians, and not simply Australians, and I say, that is true. I mean, let's say, Callum Chen lives in Sydney, and Callum Chen's great-grandfather came to Australia and he married a woman from China and brought her over here and he became a member of the Chinese Commerce, and both of Callum's parents were born in Australia to Chinese parents. And, on the other side, we have Edward Brown, who is also a third-generation Australian, but whose ancestors were English, Irish and Norwegian. Being white is not the default setting to be Australian. So, rather than a transwoman, a woman should be simply a woman.

Much of your story was similar to mine. I was reviled by the boys because I wasn't like them and didn't play rugby or the like. I was also humiliated by a number of them.
