My paternal grandfather used to say two things. One, it's not how well-educated you are but how well you use your education, and two, locks are only there to keep bad people out. The idiot who was Australian Leader between September 18, 2013 and September 14, 2015, was a Rhodes Scholar but didn't have two brain cells to rub together and was only a millimetre to the left of another idiotic politician who left school at 15 and got pregnant at 16.5, who, in turn, idolized the idiot who occupied the White House between January 21, 2017 and January 21, 2021.

In the second case, I say, a cisgender man who wishes no harm to a woman sees a sign on a toilet door that says, "Women", "Female", or "Ladies" and doesn't enter. There was a case of a man who entered the women's toilet, some 34 years ago, who was dressed in men's clothes and armed with a crossbow, from which he shot an arrow into the back of a woman washing her hands at the basin. His intention was to rape her! A pre-op transwoman who enters the female toilet typically does so to pee, and is more likely to be the victim of harassment or assault in the male toilet.

And yes, there is the double standards of a woman being raped but denied an abortion if she falls pregnant, and the harassment of a transwoman who just wants to pee in peace.
