My neighbor's diet is Sustagen with milk and strawberry topping for breakfast, three ready made mini hot dogs for lunch and two minute noodles for tea.
My safe foods are potatoes, scotch fillet steak or turkey, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli and mint choc ice-cream and gluten free biscuits. I have corn flakes or rice pops topped with yoghurt for breakfast. I remember, my mother said everyone had to eat Vita Brits for breakfast for a few days, and Vita Brits with milk makes me dry retch. The only way I could stomach Vita Brits, before I knew I'm coeliac, was to eat them as a biscuit topped with honey.
I rarely eat different foods.
