In Australia, we have a HORRIBLE politician who toasted trump's 2016 victory with champagne, who, when that issue came up, tried to move a motion (the only place this politician's motions should be passed is on the toilet) that it was okay to be white. The motion failed, and, this hypocritical politician tried to pass an all lives matter motion and failed, YET, came on television and said that she was, quote, "fed up to the back teeth with hearing about protecting the vulnerable." Well, to that politician, all lives do not matter!

The all lives matter slogan is a distraction from highlighting disadvantage. Conservatives want to maintain the status quo.

The slogan to defund the police was one with which I, as a liberal (left-wing) disagreed, yet, I believe the police need better training in how to deal with vulnerable people. Furthermore, in my state in Australia, to join the police force, not only do you need a standard of education, you also need to pass a fitness test, a psychological test and numerous others. And they need to say to people, you don't join the police force to be able to carry a gun and a taser and drive at speed, you join the police force to make a positive difference.
