I was talking to my sister-in-law's sister-in-law on Christmas Day, and she said something about Portia de Rossi being a good actress and I said to her that in some ways, LGBTIQA People are natural actors. If an LGBTIQA Person is not out to their parents, or their friends, or is struggling with their sexual orientation, they'll create a different persona. Conventional psychiatric wisdom aside aversion therapy and ECT, was for a gay man to find a good woman, have a good sex life and his homosexuality would disappear. Homosexuality could be punishable with imprisonment in many countries, and many were imprisoned by societal expectations.

I know, I have long felt as though I had to live as one way, but now I am breaking free from that and am beginning my own journey. I will walk with you on yours, too.
