I think it's more important to dress for the occasion than one's age. I mean, it would be inappropriate for a female teacher to turn up at school in a bikini (heck, even if there's a school camp, girls are told not to bring a bikini) but if a woman is 63, works as a teacher and wants to wear a bikini around her own property on the weekend, that's her business.
