I remember, years ago, suspecting I had Klinefelter's Syndrome, and I also remember the flatness I felt when the endocrinologist told me that I was all male and that my testosterone levels were within the normal range and some higher than normal. I had a PSA check a few years ago, and my levels were lower than for someone assigned male at birth of the age I was then.

I shave every second day as I hate seeing whiskers on my face, but I have a patchy whisker distribution (a thin moustache, and whiskers on my chin, a space between that and the whiskers on my cheeks and some on my neck). I also have a thin body and have broad shoulders, a lithe waist and come out again at my hips. I have taken to using hair removal cream on my arms and torso and want to try my legs, next. I have noticed that the hair on my arms and torso has become thinner, not that it was really thick.

I have had my first session with an LGBTIQA counsellor and we are a good fit.
