I remember a young woman on a TV current affairs program saying that she was raised in a home where one parent was a Christian and one a Muslim, and they argued about how to arrange the CDs, rather than religion.

I think what we need to do is stop thinking about what divides us and start thinking about the common ground that we have.

Also, I believe we must keep religion out of politics. When a politician starts to impose their personal religious views upon the population, it is not good.

As always, your writing is beautiful and thought provoking, Kyomi.
