I have been on HRT for seven weeks (low dose T-Blocker cyproterone and daily estrogen gel) and my nipples have increased in size, and I am getting the buds underneath them now. I have to be gentler in the shower. I am excited! I would rather have breasts like Marie Fredrikksen than Dolly Parton, however.
