I have a 1997 Toyota RAV4 that I call Shigemi. Before that, I had a 1990 Toyota Corolla that I called Yumiko. Yumiko gave up the ghost, in 2005, with 304000 plus kilometres on the clock. Shigemi has 200,000kms on the clock but is still going well. As you may have guessed, from reading my articles, Japan is a special interest of mine, and that is reflected in my cars. I also drive a Ford, at times, that I call the superpower car (Henry Ford was autistic).
