I get annoyed if I'm interrupted. One thing that I don't do, however, is notify people of my intentions. Soo, say, I'm in the kitchen after my afternoon nap having a snack and I decide to bring in the washing, I don't tell anyone, I just do it, and I don't like help unless I ask for it.
