I can remember my mother sent me on a two-day self esteem course and two things shocked me, one, a female counsellor on the course hugged and kissed us, even though we didn't know her beforehand, and two, we did a bit of meditating and a few other funny things. We were told about our rainbow selves.

One of the most useless pieces of information I received was to be friendly to a bully and agree with him!
