A typical day's food for me is, Breakfast: Gluten Free cornflakes and vanilla yoghurt, Lunch: steamed rice, Dinner: either scotch fillet steak or chicken breast fillet, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, ice-cream and gluten free biscuits.
I have coeliac disease and IBS, but I take comfort in some foods. I can't have a lot of fruit, but I love raspberry ice tea.
