A neurotypical acquaintance told me that I speak slowly. If I compare myself to the fool Boris Johnson appointed President of the Board of trade, his language is one of gratuitous arrogance, and he believes that he's superior to others. I don't speak slowly because I think others are stupid, but because I'm constantly trying to phrase things in a diplomatic way, and that can be exhausting.

Often times, however, people can guess what I really think because I'm one of two ways. If you don't really matter to me, I'll tell you what I think, and not care. If I value you, however, I will try to be as diplomatic as possible. So, if you asked me what I think of the President of the Board of Trade, I'll tell you I think he's a bloody idiot, and if you say, "I agree," well, that's fine, if I don't really care for you, again, I'll tell you he's a bloody idiot, and if you never speak to me again, so be it. For example, I don't like the woman three doors down from me, and I'm only nice to her because she's my parents' associate, but if I lived here by myself, she wouldn't be welcome to darken my doorstep.
